How to Control Anger? And Why do we become angry?
Before knowing, How to control anger. We must understand why we become angry.
Why do we become Angry?
In any sudden & unavoidable situation, when we are unable to decide the plan of action. we become angry. To avoid such a situation, our body generates excessive energy for an immediate reaction which may be, by the way of loud sound, physical reaction, or any facial expressions.
The best example of this is, While we are sleeping if somebody generates a loud sound and laughs when we woke up us suddenly. What we usually will do? (Imagine).
When unknown situations come in front of us, like an attack by wild animals or by any stranger. And when we are alone or in like situations. Our Brain sends alerts to the whole body for rapid and spontaneous reactions. As and when our brain gets a solution to such a situation, alerts get stopped and the situation gets under control.
It means our human brain has the system to create alerts to unknown situations until our brain finds the solution.
But what if somebody is unable to find the plan of action in most of the situations in a day, then?
Then one is called an angry human.
In short, we can say that such a person has a weak brain. ( or less thinking capacity).
Why our Brain underperforms?
Our Brain becomes weak when our body is unable to provide sufficient energy for thinking.
When our body cannot preserve sufficient energy, how can it provide it to the brain?
So route cause of the solution is energy.
Control Anger may seem to be difficult initially.
But When you know the secret of Meditation.
It will be a lot easier.
How To Control Anger?
To Control any emotion you need to be aware of what kind of emotion you are going through.
Sudden reaction when any animal attacks or in like the situation is normal. But Problems arise when somebody gets angry in a small conversation too.
Emotion plays a greater role in building your social values and reputation.
Good Social behavior surely helps us to achieve any goals very easily.
To Control Anger. You need to follow a few steps –
- Wait before Sudden reaction – Before any angry reaction to any situation, think a second. What happens inside you, that feels you angry?
- Feel the Emotions – Feel the emotion without a physical reaction. (Emotions are just chemical reactions in our brain. If you feel it without physical reaction. you preserve energy and ultimately provide it to Brain for finding solutions.)
- Don’t Escape Emotion and situation – As you feel Emotion without any escapement (such as not to involve in entertainment with mobile, TV, or laptop to avoid stress). You provide continuous energy supply to your brain. Initially, it feels difficult, but after some time, it becomes tempting.
- Miracle – When the charge of emotion come to end, you become free from anger. Your brain automatically come to conclusion about that situation. You will also preserve lots of energy. The charge of emotion come to end when chemical reactions in our brain comes to end. (One may achieve this movement within 10 seconds to 5 Minutes, depending upon the severality of the situation and fitness of the body to provide energy to the brain).
At this point of movement, You will feel happier and more energetic.
And surely you never regret, not giving a sudden reaction. Because now you are with a master solution.
Nobody can make you Angry, unless you are allowed to.
In Step two, Feel the emotion means actually a meditation to save energy and let’s help the brain to find a long-term solution to the situation.
You will notice in your surrounding, Brave people never express anger immediately.
They feel the situation and come to a permanent solution.
Whereas, people with low brain Power, always are short-tempered.
They can never find a permanent solution to such a situation. whenever such a situation comes across they lose their energy.
Energy is Everything, one can use it to achieve goals or can waste it for silly reactions.
